| Terms and Conditions |

1. Deposit. A deposit of 20% or the first night, depending on which is the greater, will be required at time of booking. This can be paid by debit/credit card or cheque. If paying by cheque the booking will not be confirmed until the cheque has cleared. There is no additional charge for credit/debit card use. The balance is payable upon departure, but you will be asked for your credit/debit card details on arrival, even if you are paying by cash.
2. Cancellation policy. There will be no refund for any cancellation. Non-arrival will result in 100% of the booking being taken.
3. Check-In and Departure. Check in is between 4-7pm. If arriving outside of these hours arrangements must be made in advance. Check out is 10am.
4. Parking. We have off-road parking for 5 cars of medium size. Larger vehicles may need to use on-street parking in front of the property, which is free. Car parking is not reserved unless for disabled persons.
5. Rates. The rates quoted are for the specific number of guests, ie family room for four is for 2 adults and 2 children, not 4 adults.
6. Smoking. We do not allow smoking in the building, although smokers are welcome as long as they respect our rule. Anyone found smoking in the building will be subjected to fines.
7. Stag, Hen or single sex parties are not accepted. If they book by leaving out this information they will be turned away on arrival.
8. Damage. Any damage to our property will be charged for, as will lost keys.
9. Refunds. No refund will be given for temporary absence,
meals booked and not taken, or early departure.
This also applies if you are asked to leave.
10. Hot Takeaways We do not allow these in the bedrooms – if you ignore this rule you will be charged at the management’s
discretion for any damage caused.
